Our Principal Consultant, Richard Burgess has worked predominantly in the automotive industry for nearly 30 years.  For over 14 years he headed up the Corporate Compliance department responsible for all aspects of compliance in support of both Toyota (GB) PLC and Lexus (GB) Ltd.  Richard has spoken at several conferences both in the UK and Europe and has also been interviewed by John Coutts for an article in 'Business Standards', a quarterly magazine published by the BSI Group.
