Training Needs Analysis
Rock Consultants will review existing methods for identifying and addressing all compliance training needs and produce a report outlining all future training needs. Our consultants can also work help you to develop and implement the training plan.
Rock Consultant will identify the activities of all employee roles, this data will then be captured within our on-line management system in order to create a training matrix, which wil establish each roles training requirements. Training course will be categorised as either a legal obligation or an operational requirement in order to ensure the correct level of cometence is deployed across the organisation.
Compliance Training Programmes
Rock believe that one of the most effective methods for organisations
to ensure their staff can prove competence is to deliver an
e-learning solution. Rock staff have been involved in delivering
interactive e-learning and on-site training courses for over
10 years.
In that time we have built up a wealth of experience in both
designing effective content and implementing robust systems
to support the delivery of e-learning solutions. Topics include
health & safety, driver training and Insurance Mediation
Directive (IMD) training as required by the FSA.
Most interactive training courses are delivered by the Internet
however they can, if required, be installed onto your own organisations
intranet. Certain packages also have risk assessment modules
included so that your delegate not only has to complete the
training course (and test at the end to prove they have understood
the content) they are also asked to then put that new knowledge
into practice by completing a risk assessment. The course test
results and the risk assessment findings will then be fed back
to the designated system administrator for review and follow-up
if appropriate.
